As a psychologist that has an interest in athlete wellbeing, I offer different services depending on where the athlete is in their sporting career. From foundational goal setting and identity work to burnout prevention, work-life balance and career transition planning.

I also work with managers, coaches and parents, to improve effective feedback methods, team cohesion and have better systems to support your athletes’ mental health needs.
